How does it work?

Simply select your print size & whether you want to include frame. Then fill out all customisations, add your items to cart and check out.

We will create a preview of your custom print in 1-3 days and send preview to your email. At this point, you can request any revisions.

Once you approve your preview, we will print & hand-foil your artwork at our London studio. This process takes 1-2 business days.

Your print will be then shipped 1st or 2nd class and delivered to your address in 1-3 business days.

All that is left is to enjoy your artwork or get it ready to give as a one-of-a-kind present!

What print sizes do you offer?

At this time, we offer our print in one size which is A4 (21x29.7cm).

Will I receive a preview of the artwork before it's printed?

Yes! We always send you a preview of your artwork before it's printed and foiled. You can request any revisions at the preview stage as well.

What paper do you use?

All prints are printed on 250 / 350gsm premium smooth card stock.

Are frames included?

No, frames are sold separately. You can add them to your order at the top of the product page. We offer frames which come in either wood, white or black.

Payment & Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the UK.

How much is shipping?

We offer 2nd class shippping for £2.99 or 1st class for £4.99. Spend over £50 and get free 2nd class shipping!

How long will it take to receive my print?

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation?

If you submitted an order with us but didn't receive an order confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Get in touch with us at team@morethanfoil.com to see if we have received an order in your name.

We're happy to change the email address for you and send you the order confirmation. In other cases, the order may not have gone through, so just get in touch before placing a new order to avoid a duplicate order.

What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express payment cards or with PayPal.

Returns & Other

I've make a mistake in my order, can you change it?

You can make changes up to 6 hours after you have placed your order. Please email us at team@morethanfoil.com with the changes you wish to make.

Can I return my print?

As all our artworks are custom made, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or offer refunds unless your print arrived damaged. Learn more here.
